Every Monday Evening:  Rockford Brewing Company (directly next door to Reds) is closed on Mondays but you may enjoy one of their products at Reds along with our freshly ground on site steakburger for only $9 ($8 with a domestic beer)!

 

Reds will always have at least 2 (and probably more) of Rockford Brewing Companies wonderful beers on tap!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

COOKING SCHOOL:  Our next class is Saturday, February 23rd  from 11 am – 1 pm.  Our subject: Decadent Desserts.  Classes run through April on the third Saturday of every month.  Chef Glenn demonstrates a cooking technique at each class and you will sample the results! Class size is limited and classes fill quickly.  Reservations are required.  (616.863.8181).  Tuition: $35 per student per class.  Pick and choose the topics and dates that work with your schedule.  For the full 2012-13 schedule, click here.

WINE SCHOOL: Our next class is Tuesday, March 5 from 7-9 pm featuring wines from New Zealand

Classes are held the first Tuesday evening of the month through April.  Each month a different wine region or grape varietal will be featured with an informative presentation, wine samples, and an appropriately paired appetizer.  Tuition is $35 per student.  Reservations are required and classes fill quickly.  (616.863.8181). Passport Dinners: Want to experience amazing, authentic international cuisine without packing a bag or suffering from jet lag?  Executive Chef Glenn Forgie puts his magic in motion each month (October-April, excluding December) to create a three or four course meal representing some of the finest dining in the world.
